Tom Collins

Tom Collins

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl Dry Gin
  • 3 cl Lemon juice
  • 2 cl Sugar Syrup
  • Soda Water to fill
  • Add 1 Lemon
  • 6 Ice Cubes

Accessories:
Shaker
Sieve

Preparation:
Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Ice in a Shaker and Shake Vigorously. Then mix in a highball glass and strain to just fill the top with Soda Water. Garnish with orange or lemon.
