Dirty Martini & Other Variants

Dirty Martini

Ingredients:
  • Gin 5.0 cl
  • Dry white vermouth, 1.0 cl
  • Olive Spade 1.0 cl
  • Ice cubes


Accessories:
Lemon peel (twist) 1.0 bit
Olives (green) 1.0 pieces
Cocktail Stick 1.0 pieces
Martini Glass

Preparation:
Cool coctailglas with ice. Mix ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into chilled glass. Turn a lemon peel over. Garnish with green olive on a stick. With a twist, Served drink with lemon peel (lemon twist) in the drink, it is called Dry Martini with a twist.

Ruby Red

Ruby Red

Ingredients:

  • Vodka (Unflavored) 4.0 cl
  • Blood Grapefruit Juice 8.0 cl
  • Lime 1.0 gap
  • A little Egg White Foam Gives
  • Ice Cubes


Accessories:
Grapefruit (pink) 1.0 disc
or
Orange 1.0 Disc
Cocktail Glass
Cocktail Shaker


Preparation:
Cool cocktalglasen with ice. Pour the ingredients with some ice in a shaker, Shake. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the drink into the glasses. The Cocktail Drink is ready to serve.

Tom Collins

Tom Collins

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl Dry Gin
  • 3 cl Lemon juice
  • 2 cl Sugar Syrup
  • Soda Water to fill
  • Add 1 Lemon
  • 6 Ice Cubes

Accessories:
Shaker
Sieve

Preparation:
Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Ice in a Shaker and Shake Vigorously. Then mix in a highball glass and strain to just fill the top with Soda Water. Garnish with orange or lemon.

Orange Blossom

Orange Blossom
Ingredients:

  • 3 cl Gin
  • 3 cl Orange Juice
  • 4 ice Cubes

Accessories:
Mixing glass
Sieve

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker vigorously. Strain after briefly shaking the drink through the sieve into a cocktail glass. The Cocktail Drink is ready to serve.

Tips:
The Orange Blossom is also excellent as an aperitif invigorating.

Cuba Libre

Cuba Libre
Ingredients:

  • One Part White Rum
  • Juice of Half Lemon
  • Coca-Cola
  • Ice

Preparation:
Half fill some tumblers with crushed ice or ice cubes. Add the rum. Squeeze the lemon into the drink and put him. Fill with Coca-Cola and shake well.

Sangria

Sangria
Ingredients:

  • Ingredients for 4 People
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon
  • 5-6 Cloves
  • 1 Cup Brandy
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 lt. and 1/4 Red Wine
Preparation :
Cut into thin slices with the orange peel, lemon with peel, apple with skin and soak in 1/4 lt. of red wine for 30 minutes at room temperature, together with the chopped cinnamon, clove, brandy and sugar. Add a bottle of red wine and stir well until the sugar is well dissolved. Go in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. The Cocktail Drink is ready to serve.

Vitamin Cocktail

Vitamin Cocktail

Ingredients:


  • Ingredients for 4 people
  • 500 g. Strawberries 
  • 1 Papaya 
  • 125 ml. Orange Juice 


Sugar Preparation:
Wash and dry the strawberries and put them in the freezer. Halve a papaya, take out the seeds and cut into cubes. Sugar-coated pieces of papaya passing them quickly and put them in the freezer to chill. Just before serving, whisk 1/4 of the strawberries and 1/4 papaya with 125 ml of orange juice, until the mixture is smooth. Take the same way other Cocktail Drink in glasses and serve garnished with a strawberry.

Dry Martini Cocktail

Ingredients:

8/10 Gin
2/10 Dry Vermouth

Preparation:
Put the two ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir quickly with the stir. Paid by filtering with the strainer in the cup cocktails. Decorated by spraying the lemon peel and an olive in the glass.

Pina Colada

Pina Colada
Ingredients:
  • 3/10 White Rum 
  • 2/10 Coconut Milk 
  • 5/10 Pineapple Juice


Preparation:
Place some ice cubes in the electric mixer and add the other ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Garnish with a cherry and a piece of pineapple. The Cocktail Drink is ready.

Cold Coffee

Cold Coffee
Ingredients:
  • 180 g Fresh Ground Coffee 
  • 90 g Sugar 
  • 1 lt. Water
  • Cream
Preparation:
Pour into an earthenware pot the freshly ground coffee, sugar and boiling water. Place the container in a pan of boiling water and simmer the coffee in a water bath on low heat for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and filter through a cotton cloth tightly woven. Pour into a glass jar and place in the department colder than the refrigerator for two hours at least. Just before serving, pour into each glass 1 tablespoon of cream.

Elixir of Coffee

Elixir of Coffee
Ingredients:
  • 100 g Mocha Coffee Ground
  • Vanilla 2 Sticks
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 250 g Alcohol at 95
  • Water as Needed

Preparation:
In an airtight jar put to soak for 3 to 4 days a Vanilla with Alcohol to prepare Cocktail Drink. Prepare an infusion with the Coffee adding water up to reach 500 g and dissolve into the sugar several times amalgamating well. Simultaneously filtered the macerate and add the remaining ingredients. Let it sit a day, filtered and bottled. This liquor consume it immediately to very low doses as a tonic. It is not recommended to those who are very nervous.

Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients:


Ingredients for 4 people
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Glasses of Gin
  • Sugar
  • Chocolate Curls
Preparation:
Clean the Strawberries raising the stem, wash and cut in half. Place in a bowl and keep in the freezer for 3 hours. Remove the still frozen strawberries and put them in the blender. Add the lemon juice filtered and blend until you get a puree smooth and homogeneous. In a bowl, pour the gin, and melt 4 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the syrup to gin the strawberry puree and mix together well. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with chocolate curls, a few slices of strawberry to prepare Cocktail Drink and then serve it.
